onsite parking helpful staff great location
The hotel had on site car parking. The staff were very helpful. The location is GREAT for visiting the Guinness store house. Breakfast had high quality food, this surprised me.

The reception staff ARE professional. Breakfast staff are very attentive to details. The Hotel manager are VERY cute when we meet her, she provided really good assistance with queries and return bookings when needed.

smiling staff great location modern decor
the staff at the front desk was always smiling and ready to assist. the location was great, with access to many places i wanted to visit. i found the modern decor very appealing.
the gym equipment looked a bit dated.

damaged belt holders loud music
the rooms were clean and modern.
Some towels had small holes. dressing gowns and slippers were not in the best condition with damaged belt holders. the main issue was loud music playing outside on the first night until about 11 pm. It only stopped because it started to rain.

Fantastic Stay in the City Centre
The staff was really good! I was provided toiletries promptly after my luggage was delayed. The location is convenient for walking to attractions, including St Patrick's Cathedral and the Temple Bar area.

good iron functional hairdryer comfortable bed great room size
My room included a good iron and a functional hair dryer. I found the bed very comfortable, and the room was a great size for one person. The hotel is new, and it appears clean. Check-in and check-out were quick.
The street outside get noisy at night, but the hotel is close to the center.
